Day 1 Fitness Co. was built for real people in real moments of change — the ones who are starting over, starting again, or just starting differently. Whether it’s your first Day 1 or your fiftieth, I’ll meet you at the step you’re on — without judgment, pressure, or expectations.

I’m not here to hype you up or push you past your limits. I’m here to support movement — any movement — and help you stay consistent with the goals that matter to you. Because showing up is hard. Doing it alone is harder.

👋 A Little About Me

I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM and a lifelong athlete. I grew up as a competitive swimmer and competed through college, earning state titles along the way. Fitness has always been part of my life — but for a long time, consistency wasn’t.

I used to rely on workouts to get me through tough times, but I never really stuck with a routine until I learned how behavior change actually works. That shift changed my relationship with fitness — and now, I help others make that shift too.

I know what it’s like to feel intimidated in the gym. I know what it’s like to fall off. That’s why I coach with empathy, structure, and steady support.

With Day 1 Fitness Co., you can choose how you want to be supported:

  • In-person personal training in Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR (at home, in-gym, or outdoors)

  • Virtual 1-on-1 training sessions from anywhere

  • Anchor + Ascend program — an accountability system with weekly calls, personalized plans, and text check-ins that help you stay on track (email or call me for additional details)

You don’t need to be in shape to get started. You just need a next step — and someone to take it with you.
